Fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY), Panama’s main international airport.
Please keep in mind that Buenaventura is approximately two hours from Panama City when booking your flights.
Our first event will take place on Friday in the late afternoon, and the wedding reception will continue until late Saturday night. We recommend planning your flights accordingly.

Buenaventura is a beach resort located outside Panama City, approximately two hours from Tocumen International Airport. Travel time varies during the day depending on traffic.
Buses will be available from Panama City to Buenaventura on Friday and back to the city on Sunday.
We’ll share more details closer to the wedding, taking guests’ travel schedules into consideration.

Stay
The wedding ceremony will take place directly in front of the hotel, and transportation to and from all wedding events will be organized from here.

We recommend staying at The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort by Marriott, where a special room rate is available for our guests.

Private villas and residences are also available to rent through Buenaventura Rentals. You can reach them at info@buenaventurarentals.com.
If you are staying in a private residence, please keep in mind that check-in times and arrangements may vary by property.

Once in Buenaventura, transportation will be provided between the hotel and all official wedding events.
Guests staying in villas or private residences may need to make their way to the Buenaventura Hotel for scheduled wedding transportation.

Transportation from Buenaventura back to Tocumen International Airport (PTY) will be available on Sunday and Monday, coordinated around guests’ departure flights.
Exact departure times and pick-up details will be shared closer to the wedding.

If you prefer to travel on your own schedule, private transportation between the airport and Buenaventura can also be arranged throught the contact below.
